PURE PROGRESS GUIDE

This program targets both Strength and Muscle Mass progression. By that I mean, this program will improve your overall strength as well as improve overall aesthetics. Training days can very from 1.5Hrs to 2.5Hrs. You will need adequate rest in-between each set of your main lifts (Squat, Bench, Deadlift, OHP) to perform them at peak performance. To achieve progressive overload, it is important to take as much rest as you need, to complete the next set. This program is created to promote progressive overload and rest is important for building strength. No need to rush through your main lifts and possibly fail a set because you were too fatigued to finish it. You will have the chance to achieve a pump after your main lift for that designated day.
